EPE Secretariat is offering office space in its premises

The EPE Secretariat is offering as from now 2 rooms office space with the following characteristics:

1. Centrally located close to European Institutions and several corporate buildings (Avenue de la Toison D'Or 67, 1160 Brussels - Metro Louise)
2. Separate office rooms to welcome 1 to 2 staff members each (1 room approx. 20 m2 for 500 EUR per month and 2 rooms approx. 14 m2 for 300 EUR per month each )
3. Option offered for 1 or 2 rooms
4. All charges are included

This offer include all of the followings:

• office furniture
• broadband internet access
• telephone installation and lines (calling costs to be charged separately)
• access to and use of kitchen facilities (coffee machine, microwave, fridge, dishwasher)
• building insurance
• electricity
• heating
• local and regional taxes
• cleaning
• Access to copy machine, scan and fax
• Synergies with office community (e.g. relevant other organisations, networks, European offices in the same building)
